Job Description

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Process Mining Consultant

with a strong foundation in

data engineering

to join our BPM consulting team. This role is ideal for professionals with

2 - 3 years of experience

in handling data pipelines, analytics, and process insights using tools like

Celonis

UiPath Process Mining

, or

Signavio

You will work closely with clients and internal teams to extract, transform, and analyze process data using Python, SQL, and PQL, enabling organizations to uncover inefficiencies and drive strategic improvements

Skills and attributes

Collaborate on client engagements by managing
data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL)
processes using Python and SQL.
Develop and optimize
PQL queries
within Celonis to build impactful dashboards and process insights.
Apply process mining tools (Celonis, UiPath, Signavio) to visualize and analyze end-to-end business processes.
Work with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks in processes such as
Purchase-to-Pay (P2P)
,
Order-to-Cash (O2C)
, and
Record-to-Report (R2R)
.
Create and maintain
data models
, dashboards, and visualizations to support client decision-making.
Participate in process discovery workshops and contribute to solution design.
Support senior consultants with project documentation, client communication, and technical solution development.

To qualify for the role you must have

Qualification

2+ years of experience in data engineering, data integration, or analytics roles.

Experience

2+ years of experience in data engineering, data integration, or analytics roles.
Proficient in
Python for data manipulation, scripting, and automation
.
Advanced expertise in
SQL for querying relational databases
and executing complex data transformations.
Hands-on experience with process mining tools such as
Celonis, Aris,
or similar platforms; familiarity with
PQL (Process Query Language
) is a strong advantage.
Solid understanding of process modeling and BPMN concepts.
Exposure to enterprise systems like SAP, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a focus on data quality
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills both written and verbal.
Ability to thrive in collaborative, fast-paced, and dynamic environments.
Familiarity with core business processes such as P2P (Procure-to-Pay), O2C (Order-to-Cash), and R2R (Record-to-Report) is a plus.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
