We are hiring an experienced Consultant Radiologist to join an on-site imaging team in Bhimavaram, delivering high-quality diagnostic reports, procedural care, and clinician-facing consultations. Role: Consultant Radiologist (On-site) Bhimavaram, Andhra Pradesh Role Responsibilities

Provide accurate, timely diagnostic reporting across modalities including X-ray, ultrasound, CT, MRI and fluoroscopy with consistent adherence to turnaround-time SLAs.
Perform and supervise ultrasound exams and advanced cross-sectional imaging; optimise imaging protocols to improve diagnostic yield and reduce repeat scans.
Carry out image-guided procedures (e.g., US/CT-guided FNAC, biopsies, drainages) following consent, asepsis and radiation-safety protocols.
Maintain and QA PACS/RIS workflows, ensure DICOM-compliant image integrity, and support teleradiology reporting when required.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, clinician consultations and case reviews to guide patient management and ensure clinical alignment.
Mentor and supervise junior radiology staff and trainees; contribute to continuous improvement, audit and peer-review processes.

Skills Qualifications Must-Have

Postgraduate qualification in Radiology (MD / DNB / DMRD) with valid medical registration in India.
Proven competence in interpreting CT and MRI studies and producing structured diagnostic reports.
Hands-on experience with PACS and DICOM workflows and day-to-day radiology IT integration.
Proficiency in diagnostic ultrasound including Doppler and basic ultrasound-guided procedures.
Knowledge of radiation safety and dose optimisation in line with AERB/Indian guidelines.
Ability to perform on-site clinical consultations and effectively communicate findings to treating teams.

Preferred

Experience in image-guided interventional procedures and peri-procedural patient management.
Familiarity with RIS and teleradiology reporting platforms to support distributed services.
Additional fellowship or focused training in subspecialties such as neuroradiology, musculoskeletal, pediatric or abdominal imaging.
