Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute performance, load, and stress testing scenarios based on business and technical requirements.

Develop and maintain performance test scripts using industry standard tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner, NeoLoad).

Monitor and analyze system performance metrics, identify performance bottlenecks, and recommend optimization solutions.

Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, and architecture teams to resolve performance issues and enhance application responsiveness.

Ensure alignment with performance benchmarks and non-functional requirements.

Generate detailed test reports, dashboards, and results documentation for stakeholders.

Support automation of performance testing and participate in CI/CD pipeline integration.

Implement best practices for performance engineering, capacity planning, and performance tuning.

Qualifications Skills

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in performance testing and performance engineering.
Strong experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, etc.).
Solid understanding of web architectures, microservices, and database performance tuning.
Knowledge of monitoring tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana, etc.).
Familiarity with scripting (Java, Python, Shell, etc.) is an advantage.
Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills.
