  • 13 years of experience in recruitment coordination or HR operations (IT industry preferred).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Experience coordinating interviews for technical roles (developers, engineers, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date report for Panel Utilization.
  • Arrange interviews between candidates and hiring panels across multiple time zones.
  • Coordinating with new New joiners for resume collection and skill updation in system.
  • Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams for coordinating interview slots.
