Job Title: Consultant – Branding & Marketing Engagement Type: Retainership (Initial 3 Months, Extendable upon Satisfactory Performance) Company: Surya International Enterprise Private Limited About the Role: Surya International Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Branding & Marketing Consultant to support the company’s strategic marketing initiatives, brand positioning, and digital presence. This is a 3-month retainership role , extendable based on performance and business needs. The ideal candidate will help define and strengthen the brand identity, advise on marketing strategies, guide digital and offline campaigns, and work closely with the internal team to build a consistent, impactful market presence. Key Responsibilities: Develop and refine brand strategy, positioning, and messaging across all channels. Guide visual branding elements, including logo usage, brand colors, tone, and communication style. Create or advise on marketing campaigns to boost visibility and business growth. Support digital marketing strategy including SEO/SEM, content creation, and social media presence. Provide insights on target audience behavior and market trends. Assist in planning and evaluating marketing budgets and ROI. Monitor campaign performance and suggest data-driven improvements. Help build consistent marketing materials (brochures, presentations, website content, etc.). Train internal teams on brand guidelines and marketing best practices. Desired Candidate Profile: Minimum 8–10 years of experience in branding, marketing, or advertising (agency or corporate). Strong knowledge of brand development, market positioning, and marketing communications. Experience with digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and content strategies. Proven track record in managing successful branding campaigns. Excellent creative, analytical, and communication skills. Prior experience in EPC, solar, fintech, or manufacturing sectors is a plus.
