Consultant - Creative Designer

Job Description

Develop original design concepts and visual solutions for various projects, including branding, advertising, marketing materials, and digital content. Collaboration: Work with clients, stakeholders, and other team members to understand project requirements and ensure designs align with brand guidelines and objectives. Utilize industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma) to create and refine designs. Present design ideas and prototypes to client / stakeholders / cross-teams , effectively communicating design choices and rationale. Identify and address design challenges, ensuring designs are effective and meet project goals. Keep abreast of current design trends and technologies to maintain a high level of creativity and innovation. Skills and Qualifications: Artistic Ability: Strong visual communication skills and an understanding of design principles. Creativity and Innovation: Ability to generate unique and compelling design concepts. Software Proficiency: Expertise in relevant design software. Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate ideas and collaborate with others. Problem-solving Skills: Ability to identify and address design challenges. Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Understanding of Branding: Knowledge of brand guidelines and how to translate them into visual designs. Knowledge or hands-on- experience on AI tools (e.g Midjourney, Canva, Gemini etc)
