Consultant Counselling Psychologist

We are looking for a warm, reflective, and dedicated Consultant Counselling Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team. If you are passionate about supporting parents, caregivers, and families of neurodivergent children, this role offers a meaningful opportunity to create real change.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions for parents of neurodivergent children (twice a month)
• Provide emotional support, guidance, and coping strategies to caregivers
• Help parents understand their child’s developmental profile, needs, and strengths
• Collaborate with special educators, developmental pediatricians, and therapists as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Maintain clear documentation and ensure confidentiality of all sessions
• Foster a safe, non-judgmental, and empowering environment for families

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree/Diploma in Counselling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Child Psychology, or a related field
• Experience working with parents, families, or children (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal, listening, and communication skills
• Warmth, patience, empathy, and a family-centered mindset
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
