Consultant Child Therapist

Role Overview:
BlossoMM Therapy, Child Counselling Centre, a sister concern of The Marriage Fit, is seeking a consultant child psychologist who can provide therapy to children and families in an empathetic and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing treatment and counselling to children dealing with a range of Emotional and behavioral challenges (tantrums, emotional meltdowns, etc.)
• Conducting psychological assessments, designing intervention plans and providing one-on-one therapy.
• Applying evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Play Therapy, and Behaviour Therapy..
• Supporting families in understanding and addressing concerns about their children.

Qualifications:

• Experience in psychological assessments for children and adolescents.
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in child & adolescent counselling.
• Proficiency in therapeutic techniques: CBT, play therapy, and other child-focused interventions.
• Fluency in Hindi and Kannada is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Master’s Degree (MSc) in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology.

Pay:

• 20,000-40,000

• Bengaluru, Karnataka (reliable commute or relocation before joining required)
