Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering & Analysis

• Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to capture business needs.

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for analytics solutions.

• Process Analysis & Optimization

• Assess current FMCG sales processes and identify gaps or inefficiencies.

• Recommend improvements leveraging integrated analytics and automation.

• Solution Design

• Work with technical teams to design scalable solutions using SAP, CRM, and BI tools.

• Ensure alignment with IBA project objectives and business KPIs.

• Documentation

• Prepare detailed documentation including BRDs, process flows, and functional specs.

• Maintain version control and ensure clarity for all stakeholders.

• Testing & Validation

• Support UAT and system validation to ensure solutions meet business requirements.

• Coordinate defect tracking and resolution.

• Stakeholder Communication

• Act as a liaison between business teams and technology partners.

• Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and dependencies.

• Project Support

• Assist in project planning, tracking, and reporting.

• Ensure timely delivery of milestones within scope and budget.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education:

  Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).

• Experience:

  4–5 years in Business Analysis, preferably in FMCG or Consumer Goods domain.

• Technical Proficiency:

• SAP (Sales & Distribution), CRM systems, DMS.

• BI/Analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Understanding of data modeling and visualization.

• Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams.

• Exposure to
