Job Description

Position : Consultant (Consultant- ATS Operations, Invoicing ) Years of experience : 1-4 Yr. Location : Airoli Navi Mumbai. Key Responsibilities: Vendor Selection & Negotiation : Identify and select vendors for various products and services. Negotiate contracts, terms, and prices to ensure favourable agreements for the company. Vendor Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with vendors, ensuring clear communication and resolving any issues promptly. Contract Management : Draft, review, and manage vendor contracts. Ensure adherence to all contract terms, timelines, and SLAs (Service Level Agreements). Performance Monitoring & Evaluation: Regularly assess vendor performance, conduct performance reviews, and address any performance gaps or issues. Issue Resolution & Escalation : Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor-related issues, ensuring prompt resolution of conflicts, delays, or non-compliance. Cost Management: Monitor and control vendor-related costs and payments, ensuring that the company gets value for money and stays within budget. Compliance & Risk Management : Ensure that all vendors comply with legal, financial, and operational requirements. Identify and mitigate risks associated with vendor management. Collaboration with Internal Teams : Work closely with procurement, legal, finance, and other departments to ensure alignment on vendor-related matters. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all vendor contracts, performance metrics, invoices, and correspondence. Generate reports for senior management. MIS Report : Preparing MIS report and keep track of it. ATS: Owner of ATS Tool.(Application Tracking System) Regards, Human Resource
