Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Immigration and Consulate Procedures: Provide expert advice and guidance on immigration and consulate procedures, including visa applications, work permits, and travel documents. 2. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant immigration laws, regulations, and company policies, identifying and mitigating potential risks. 3. Document Preparation and Submission: Prepare and submit immigration-related documents, including visa applications, work permits, and other required paperwork. 4. Communication and Liaison: Communicate and liaise with government agencies, consulates, and other stakeholders to resolve immigration-related issues. 5. Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of immigration-related matters, providing regular reports to management as required. 6. Training and Guidance: Provide training and guidance to employees on immigration and consulate-related matters, ensuring they are aware of and comply with relevant procedures and regulations. Preferred candidate profile 1. Education: Bachelor's degree. 2. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in immigration and consulate-related matters, preferably in a corporate setting. 3. Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures, as well as consulate requirements and practices. 4. Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. 5.
