Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Manager specializing in Solar EPC landbased 100MW projects. Based in Bikaner, the Construction Manager will oversee site operations, ensure the project is executed within timelines and budgets, and maintain adherence to safety protocols. Daily tasks will include supervising construction teams, managing budgets, implementing project controls, and ensuring compliance with construction safety standards. The role also involves coordinating with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills to lead and manage on-site teams effectively
• Experience and expertise in Budgeting and Project Control to manage costs and timelines efficiently
• Knowledge of Construction techniques and processes for large-scale solar EPC projects
• Understanding of Construction Safety standards and best practices
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
• Educational background in Engineering or Construction Management preferred
• Familiarity with renewable energy projects is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Experience 14-18 years
