Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Manager located in Jaipur. The Construction Manager will oversee and manage daily construction activities on-site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising construction teams, developing and monitoring budgets, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring adherence to timelines and safety protocols. Collaboration with all stakeholders, including clients, architects, and contractors, is a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Proven Supervisory Skills to effectively manage and lead construction teams
• Experience with Budgeting and maintaining financial control over project expenses
• Knowledge of Construction Safety standards and protocols to ensure safe work environments
• Strong expertise in Construction and project execution
• Skills in Project Control, including scheduling, monitoring, and reporting project progress
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and leadership skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the construction industry
