At Cairn, we are committed to playing a lead role in strengthening energy security for country and geared up towards contributing half of India’s oil and gas production We are looking for experienced Construction Manager to lead the Transportation & Installation (T&I) phase of a new offshore production platform. This role is crucial in ensuring the safe, timely, and high-quality offshore execution of jackets, topsides, piles, and subsea structures. The role will interface closely with engineering, fabrication, marine operations, and hook-up teams to ensure seamless integration of the platform into the offshore field environment. Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end T&I operations (loadout, marine transport, heavy-lift/float-over installation) Lead offshore construction crews and ensure QA/QC compliance Coordinate across engineering, fabrication, marine, and HUC teams Enforce HSE and quality standards aligned with IMO, DNV, ABS, and client requirements Manage reporting, documentation, and interface handovers to commissioning teams Ideal Candidate Has: 12+ years in offshore oil & gas construction (5+ years in T&I) Expertise in offshore logistics, heavy lift ops, pile installation, and subsea structures Strong leadership and interface management in offshore environments Valid BOSIET/HUET/H2S & Offshore Medical certifications (mandatory) Preferred Certifications: Marine lifting supervisor Rigging & heavy lift safety Emergency response training What do we offer: Global benchmarked people policies and best-in-class compensation and benefits.
