Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish. - Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans. - Ensure smooth coordination among architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors. - Monitor on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. - Manage project budgets for cost-effectiveness and financial efficiency. - Ensure compliance with building codes, environmental regulations, and safety protocols. - Lead construction teams, assign tasks, and provide training for improved efficiency. - Coordinate with stakeholders and present progress reports. Key Requirements: - Bachelors/Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. - Minimum 10 years of experience in construction/project management in real estate. Skills & Competencies: - Strong knowledge of construction techniques and materials. - Excellent leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in project management software. - Good understanding of budgeting, cost control, and contract negotiation. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
