Job Description

As a Consent Management Platform(CMP) Analyst with 6 to 8 years of experience, your role will involve auditing app and web logs, and setting up Consent Management Platforms (CMP) such as Sourcepoint or OneTrust to ensure compliance with privacy regulations like GDPR. You will be responsible for configuring CMPs, onboarding new websites and apps, and validating consent behavior to ensure user choices are accurately reflected across systems. Your strong skills in debugging and troubleshooting issues in web and mobile environments will be crucial for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Audit app and web logs for compliance with privacy regulations - Configure and onboard new websites and apps into Consent Management Platforms - Validate consent behavior to ensure accurate user choices across systems - Troubleshoot and debug issues in web and mobile environments - Perform technical checks and remediation tasks under the CMP Product Owner's direction - Document processes and prepare handover playbooks - Collaborate with Product, Privacy, and Engineering teams for effective workflow Qualifications Required: - Hands-on experience with auditing app and web logs - Proficiency in setting up and configuring Consent Management Platforms (CMP) like Sourcepoint or OneTrust - Familiarity with privacy regulations such as GDPR and their implications on consent management - Strong debugging skills and ability to troubleshoot issues in web and mobile environments - Experience in documenting processes and preparing handover playbooks - Basic understanding of Tagging tools like Adobe Launch and GTM Good to Have Skills: - Basic understanding of tag management tools like Tealium, Adobe Launch, or Google Tag Manager - Familiarity with debugging tools such as Charles Proxy, Fiddler, and browser DevTools - Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with Product, Privacy, and Engineering teams - Knowledge of tagging and consent workflows for controlled data collection based on user consent Please note that the Consent Management Tools you will work with include SourcePoint and OneTrust, and the Debugging Tools you may use are Charles Proxy and Developer tools.,
