Job Description - We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Education Counsellor to join our team! As a Guidance Counsellor, you will be responsible for conducting counselling sessions and helping our students develop their personal and academic skills. Roles & Responsibilities - · Assisting students with their development · Conducting counselling sessions · Developing counselling plan · Conducting tests and analysing results · Identifying behavioural problems · Evaluating the progress of students · Keeping track of student records Requirements and skills - · Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Counselling or related field Good computer skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly developed emotional intelligence Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent listening skills Strong organizational skills Strong problem-solving skills Strong conflict-resolution skills Highly developed work ethic Ability to motivate others · Should be comfortable to work from office · Experience in Education / Training preferred · Educational counsellor experience preferred · Handle calls on leads generated · Describe the services and USP of the same and try to generate maximum conversions. · Regular follow-ups with potential clients/ patients. · Overall problem solving for customers and coordination as necessary. · Handle any operations-related activities that may be required. · Tabulate and record responses from all channels on excel. · Generate relevant reports from the same.
