Your Role
Lead team of Digital Asset management PMs to execute artwork/packaging innovation projects including concept development, feasibility validation, product and packaging R&D, business proposal and approval,
project execution, customer sell in and tracking of in-market performanceOversee timelines, resources, and deliverables for web updates and campaign launches.Client management:Fostering deep relationships and ensuring alignment with their project goalsRespond to client requests in non-standard situations, investigating all the possibilities for a solutionTeam Development:Mentor and coach a high-performing client services teamFoster a culture of growth, collaboration, accountability within the department, as well as professional development among team membersOperational ExcellenceEnsure smooth day-to-day operations of managing capacity of resources, timelines, and budgets efficiently to deliver high-quality outcomes on timeCross-Department CollaborationWork closely with the department leads, Artwork Management, analytics & data to ensure a unified approach to client serviceMetrics & ReportingRegularly monitor and report on the success of innovation projects providing insights and recommendations for ongoing improvementsFinancial ManagementOversee budgets, projections, and account performance, ensuring profitability while meeting or exceeding client expectationsIdentify and deliver transformation ideas that will provide growth or productivity opportunities
Your Profile
MBA preferred, Bachelors degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field8 + years experience in marketing technology or digital asset management, MarTech operations management, senior stakeholder engagement5+ years Sitecore Digital Asset Management experience10+ years of client services experience, within an advertising agency5+ years of experience in project management required, with a demonstrated track record of successful delivery of increasingly complex programs. Proven experience in global program management leadership roles is strongly preferred.Experience managing direct reports, 3+ years of strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with experience in developing and growing talent
