Description
As a Conga Techno-functional consultant with 10+ years of experience in systems analysis and implementation, you will be responsible for designing and validating best-in-class Conga (Apttus) CLM and CPQ solutions to meet business requirements. Your extensive technical knowledge of product configuration management, pricing management, and hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Framework, and Data Migration tools will be crucial in supporting highly integrated Conga CPQ solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Design and validate Conga CLM and CPQ solutions, including product configuration, pricing management, and data migration - Support highly integrated solutions by extending existing functionality or building from scratch - Ensure scalability and meet overall business requirements, driving high-quality implementation and issue resolution - Troubleshoot complex issues to support smooth business operations - Develop test scripts and execute them to support ongoing project work - Set up the configuration model by developing code and master data - Collaborate with cross-functional teams internally and at customer sites, working closely with Sales, Contract, Order Management, and Finance teams - Work with IT Architects to define and design systems, handling migrations and configurations using X Author application - Utilize Apttus professional services for tickets resolution on Apttus product usage - Demonstrate deep understanding of Product Configuration management, Pricing Management, Workflow Approval process, and associated processes Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of experience in systems analysis and implementation, preferably in ERP/CRM/Quote to Cash - 5+ years of experience working with Sales teams on CRM/CPQ projects - 3+ years of experience in Conga (Apttus) CLM, including legal contracting and/or contract management systems - Experience in Apttus CPQ, including Product, Pricing, and Approvals setups - Certification in Conga (Apttus) CLM, Salesforce, and CPQ preferred - Advanced Salesforce administration experience required, including Profiles, Workflows, Process builder, Lightning Flows, User Management, Permission sets, Public groups, and sharing rules configuration - Familiarity with Salesforce development (APEX, Visualforce, Lightning) - Excellent communication, organization, and document management skills - Strong project and data management experience - Analytical ability to understand and articulate complex requirements - Willingness to work in the second shift from 2 p.m. to 11 p.m. IST In addition to your technical expertise, your exceptional communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment will be essential for successful software implementations related to CPQ, Quote-to-Cash, Contract Management, and Salesforce. Your experience with web, database, object-oriented software technologies, SDLC methodologies, and Salesforce.com or Force.com will further contribute to the success of the projects you will be involved in.,
