About the Role We’re looking for an experienced AWS DevOps Engineer / Infrastructure Engineer to help us scale, secure and automate our LAMP-based SaaS infrastructure. As the backbone of our platform’s reliability and security, this role will take full ownership of our AWS architecture, CI/CD pipelines, automation processes, and security posture. Optimize server performance across Apache/Nginx, MySQL (RDS/Aurora), and PHP environments. Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or AWS CloudFormation. Design and enforce secure cloud architecture with IAM policies, TLS/KMS encryption, and data privacy controls. Manage vulnerability assessments, OS patching, and monitor cloud security posture. Implement security tools including AWS WAF, GuardDuty, and Security Hub. Support compliance and audit readiness (SOC2, HIPAA, ISO 27001), including logging and monitoring. Architect and maintain secure AWS networks (VPCs, subnets, NAT gateways, VPNs, hybrid-cloud setup). Configure routing, security groups, NACLs, and VPC peering across cloud environments. Manage DNS and traffic distribution via Route 53, ALB, and ELB. Design and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments. Automate provisioning, configuration, and release processes for scalability and reliability. Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot production issues and improve deployment workflows. ✅ Requirements 4–6+ years in AWS infrastructure and DevOps roles. Hands-on experience managing LAMP stack environments (Linux, Apache/Nginx, MySQL, PHP). Deep knowledge of AWS networking (VPC, routing, VPNs, NACLs, peering). Proven experience securing cloud environments with IAM, WAF, KMS, and related tools. Proficiency with Terraform or CloudFormation for infrastructure as code.
