Overview: At M/s H. R. Organo Chem Pvt Ltd , Mumbai, we proudly introduce our groundbreaking and patented technology under the Trade name E5 Internal Cure . This innovation completely replaces the conventional method of water curing (Wet Curing), eliminating the need for all peripheral activities such as ponding, hessian cloth, etc., while simultaneously enhancing other properties of concrete. Position: Concrete Technologist Key Responsibilities: Technical presentation: Delivering technical presentations that demonstrate the unique performance of E5 in eliminating the need for wet curing methods. Clarify and address any client queries regarding E5 and its performance in concrete. Coordinate with the client and schedule a joint trial with E5 Performance Testing: Conduct tests on concrete samples to evaluate key properties, including compressive strength, water permeability, shrinkage, etc. Analyze and interpret test results to assess the effectiveness of the E5 Internal Cure system. Quality Control & Assurance: Ensure all materials and mixes comply with industry standards and project specifications. Implement quality control procedures for concrete mixing, placement, and curing to ensure optimal performance as per the provided SOP. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to ensure the effective implementation of E5 Internal Cure in construction projects. Provide technical guidance and training to team members and contractors on the proper use of E5 technology. Communicate findings, recommendations, and progress reports to stakeholders. Field Support & Troubleshooting: Provide technical support to construction sites, ensuring the correct application of internal curing methods with E5. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the performance of concrete containing E5 Internal Cure. 6. Working Conditions: This position requires frequent field visits to construction sites and client locations. Required Skill Set : Concrete Technology: Possessing strong knowledge of concrete technology and the materials used in concrete production. Technical Skills : Strong knowledge of concrete materials and properties, including testing standards (e.g., BIS, ASTM, BS, EN). Proficiency in concrete testing equipment and laboratory procedures. Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create reports, present findings, and collaborate with team members and clients. Educational Qualifications: A diploma or Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering with 8 to 10 years of experience in concrete technology.
