This role works closely with the Guest-Relations Manager to ensure a seamless, professional, and luxurious stay for our clientele. From managing bookings to coordinating with premium vendors, you’ll be an essential part of crafting unforgettable guest journeys. Responsibilities include: Coordinating with vendors for smooth guest experiences Handling bookings and reservations with precision Briefing guests about villa amenities and services Monitoring daily bookings and maintaining accurate documentation Promoting in-villa conveniences and services Liaising with our in-house Reservation Team Reporting to the Guest-Relations Manager and Management We’re looking for someone who: Communicates with ease and elegance Can resolve issues proactively and calmly Understands the nuances of luxury villa operations Takes ownership with a strong sense of responsibility Is flexible with working hours when needed Show more Show less
