Key Responsibilities: Filling Operations: Operate PLC Based filling machines to ensure the correct amount of product is dispensed into containers. Capping Operations: Manage capping machines to ensure products are securely sealed. Labeling Operations: Operate labeling machines to apply accurate and clean labels to all products. Box Packing: Pack labeled products into boxes as per the packing instructions and quality standards. Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all products meet the required specifications. Production Planning: Follow the production schedule and adjust operations as needed to meet deadlines. Machine Maintenance: Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance on production equipment to ensure continuous operation. Health & Safety: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Reporting: Record production data and report any issues or deviations from the production plan to the supervisor. Qualifications: Education: Graduate, High school diploma, ITI Certification is must. Experience: Previous experience in a production environment, preferably in home care or similar industry.
