The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with a knack for communication and collaboration. The Project Coordinator is a highly collaborative person, working closely with IT and Business stakeholders of the Program. Responsibilities: Work with Project Managers to create Change Requests in ServiceNow for IT Infrastructure and Network upgrades and deployments Coordinate with IT Engineers to implement the changes Track and manage ServiceNow Change Requests. Collect status from IT Engineers on the status of changes and prepare a consolidated status report. Create and share meeting agendas, as well as the distribution of follow-up notes and action items. Perform additional duties and ad-hoc projects as required. centers Must have a good understanding of IT Change Management processes Must have experience have creating IT Change Requests Must have ServiceNow experience Knowledge of infrastructure/network components Strong attention to detail and ability to support multiple projects and deadlines. Ability to collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams. Proven written and verbal communication skills. Must have strong organizational skills, be very detail-oriented, and mission-accomplish focused.
