Work expereince : 8-12yrs Work location : Bangalore Job Designation: Computer-Vision and AI Tech Lead Job Description: We are seeking a highly talented and motivated Individual with strong experience and expertise in the field of Computer Vision and AI with expertise in Edge based AI. The candidate is expected to have expertise in Image Processing with a strong background in Deep Learning, Image processing with AI and with traditional image processing- algorithms for Real-world cutting-edge applications.The candidate is expected to lead realization of cutting-edge projects in Various aspects of Image Processing, image recognition, object detection, tracking and other visual AI tasks considering constraints of working on Edge with limited resource availability. Key Responsibilities Lead a team of Computer Vision and AI engineers Realization of various Vision Driven products and applications on the Edge Work on identifying right methods and hardware based on the application requirement Analysing the requirement from top level and breaking up the problem into algorithms, and hence choose the right solution by using traditional or deep learning methods. Working with the team to realize the algorithm Fine-tune and optimize deep learning models (e.g., CNNs, YOLO, Mask-RCNN) for performance and efficiency in production environments. Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to deploy models in real-world applications. Research and integrate new algorithms and techniques to improve model performance and robustness. Develop custom data augmentation pipelines to improve training efficiency and accuracy. Evaluate model performance and conduct error analysis to guide further improvements. Stay up to date with the latest developments in computer vision and deep learning. Qualifications Educational Background: BTech or MTech or PhD in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields. Experience: 6 to 10 years of hands-on experience in deep learning and computer vision with Hardware based implementation Essential Qualifications Proficient in C/C++. Proficiency in traditional image processing algorithms. Deep learning frameworks and solid experience with various AI models like object detection models (e.g., YOLO), and face recognition models. Proven experience in training and deploying computer vision models at scale. Familiarity with OpenCV. Having leadership quality to lead a team of engineers in the field of Computer Vision and AI Having very good understanding of AI Hardware and realization of Vision and AI on edge. Desirable Qualifications Working experience on algorithms for Surveillance Cameras Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and deploying models in production. Knowledge of edge AI technologies and hardware accelerators. Ability to optimize models for resource-constrained environments.
