Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver effective Computer Science lessons for higher school students, following the ICSE curriculum. Develop and implement detailed lesson plans that cover a variety of topics, including programming, data structures, algorithms, and computer applications. Assess and evaluate student performance regularly through assignments, projects, tests, and examinations. Encourage critical thinking and problem-solving skills among students. Foster a positive, interactive, and respectful classroom environment. Provide one-on-one support to students needing extra help or guidance in Computer Science concepts. Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide timely feedback to students and parents. Organize and supervise extracurricular activities such as coding clubs, hackathons, and computer-related workshops. Stay current with technological advancements and teaching strategies in the field of Computer Science. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to contribute to the academic development of students. Ensure a safe and conducive learning environment for all students. Required Qualifications and Skills: B.Ed (Bachelor of Education) degree from a recognized institution (Mandatory). A degree in Computer Science or a related field. Prior experience in teaching Computer Science at the higher school level, preferably within the ICSE curriculum. Strong knowledge of programming languages (such as Python, Java, C++) and other computer science concepts. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to inspire and motivate students with a passion for technology and computing. Patience, dedication, and a student-focused approach.
