Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Assist customers with using computers for browsing, printing, scanning, and photocopying. Maintain cleanliness and functionality of computer systems and peripheral devices. Monitor customer usage time and collect payments. Perform routine checks and minor troubleshooting of systems. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Bachelor’s degree is a plus). Basic computer skills – MS Office, internet browsing, printing/scanning. Familiarity with online banking platforms and digital government services. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to learn quickly and explain processes clearly to customers. Trustworthy and punctual. Preferred: Prior experience in a cyber café or CSC (Common Service Center). Basic knowledge of troubleshooting computer hardware/software. Benefits: Training provided (if needed). Incentives based on performance.
