Job Description

Receive and record online orders from websites, emails and marketplaces. Enter order details accurately into tracking sheets or internal order management systems. Prepare daily dispatch lists for packaging and ensure all items are ready for shipment. Coordinate with courier companies to schedule timely pickups and manage shipping documentation. Monitor shipments and proactively handle delivery issues such as delays, failed attempts or returns. Respond to customer queries regarding order status, estimated delivery time, and return processes.
