Job Description

As a System Operator (SO) at multiple exam venues within the city, your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and secure technical execution of computer-based examinations. You will work under the supervision of Venue Operations Manager (VOM) / Venue Commanding Officer (VCO) and collaborate with various teams to maintain the integrity of the examination process. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct system checks, network setup, and server management to support flawless exam delivery - Ensure security compliance measures are in place to prevent malpractices during examinations - Coordinate with Venue IT Admin, Exam Operations Team, and Technical Support Teams to manage system and network infrastructure - Troubleshoot technical issues promptly to minimize disruptions during exams - Adhere to exam security protocols to maintain the confidentiality and integrity of the examination process **Qualifications Required:** - Prior experience in system operations or similar technical roles preferred - Proficiency in English is preferred for effective communication within the team - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to support exam schedules The company offers a variety of job types including full-time, part-time, permanent, fresher, and internship positions with benefits such as a flexible schedule, health insurance, and life insurance.
