Role & responsibilities Maintain administrative and operational records , ensuring proper documentation of company and employee records. Handle computer operations and networking , including setting up and managing LAN and Wi-Fi networks , installing printer drivers , and connecting printers through the network. Perform software installations , such as MS Office, Adobe Reader, and antivirus software, with a good understanding of their functionality. Add and manage Outlook accounts and emails. Have basic knowledge of hardware components (CPU) and troubleshooting technical issues. Installing software such as MS Office, Adobe Reader, etc. Answering all incoming calls and redirecting them to the correct department. Supervising all department employees. Organizing documentation of all company and employee records. Performing clerical duties such as photocopying, filing, and scanning documents. Proficient in English (both oral and written). Basic knowledge of drafting letters and office-related purchase orders. Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping. Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word). Good communication skills. Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
