Job Description:
We are looking for a Computer Operator / DTP Operator who can efficiently manage data entry, document formatting, and report generation. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, fast typing speed, and strong knowledge of MS Excel with basic understanding of ERP systems.
Responsibilities:
· Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in the ERP system.
· Prepare and design official documents, reports, certificates, and circulars using MS Office
· Generate Excel-based reports, charts, and data summaries for management.
· Handle printing, scanning, and documentation tasks.
· Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of data.
Requirements:
· Any Graduate (preferably in Computer Science / IT).
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
· Basic understanding of ERP software and database entry.
· Typing speed: Minimum 30–40 wpm with accuracy.
· 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
