Computer Operator (Data Entry)

We are hiring a Data Entry Executive to support our sales, inventory, and customer records. The ideal candidate should be accurate, detail-oriented, and comfortable using basic software and tools for daily data tasks. Key Responsibilities: Enter product details, inventory updates, and customer information into internal systems Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and delivery schedules Cross-check and verify data before entry and perform periodic audits for accuracy Support backend operations by preparing Excel reports and maintaining digital folders Coordinate with sales and dispatch teams to track stock and deliveries Requirements: Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, and email) Good and accurate typing skills Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Organized and disciplined in managing digital files and paperwork Previous experience in data entry is a plus but not required Knowledge of Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web, and simple admin tools is an advantage Qualifications: Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduate preferred) Freshers can apply Fluency in English for basic communication Benefits: Fixed monthly salary Work in a growing fragrance brand with a supportive team Career growth opportunities for dedicated and honest performers Staff discounts on attars and fragrances Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
