Computer Operator cum Office Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Computer Operator cum Office Assistant to join our E commerce business . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing computer operations, daily orders. maintaining records, handling office documentation, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Operate computer systems and peripheral equipment such as printers and scanners. Perform data entry, data processing, and documentation tasks accurately and efficiently. Generate reports, maintain digital records, and ensure data backup. Monitor systems for performance issues and escalate as needed. Perform basic troubleshooting for software and hardware issues. Office Assistant Duties:Handle routine administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and answering phone calls. Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed. Support staff in document preparation, mailing, and correspondence. Manage physical and digital records and ensure timely filing. Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining office calendars. Qualifications & Skills:High school, 2nd PUC, diploma or equivalent Proven experience in a similar role is preferred. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software. Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication skills (both written and verbal). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Work Environment:Office-based role with standard working hours. Occasional overtime may be required during peak periods.
