Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Operator, based in Chennai. The CNC Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines, performing machining operations including milling and other tasks, conducting quality control checks to ensure high precision, and adhering to safety and efficiency standards. The candidate will collaborate with the production team to deliver high-quality components on schedule while maintaining operational standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Machine Operation and use of machinery
• Expertise in Machining and Milling processes
• Experience in executing high standards of Quality Control
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of ISO/NADCAP standards and practices is an advantage
• Prior experience in an advanced manufacturing environment is preferred
• Technical certification or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is beneficial
