Role & responsibilities To install and service Desktops, Laptops, Servers & Printers To attend all break down calls and fix the issues To attend to all preventive maintenance activities, arises out of maintenance contracts To collect the installation report/service call report from the customer after completing the assigned task and to collect customer satisfaction survey report To work in align with the companys expectation of the customers at all times Preferred candidate profile Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer or similar role Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux environments Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills Perks and benefits CTC Inclusive of EPF, ESI.
