Who we are looking for: The Developer III, Compliance QA Engineer will enhance compliance and QA processes by developing and automating change controls and testing practices, ensuring reliable and secure systems. This role is responsible for streamlining access management and supporting change management efforts, providing essential expertise in user provisioning, automation, and system compliance. Through collaboration with cross-functional teams, the Engineer will drive improvements in system efficiency, accuracy, and security, directly supporting organizational compliance objectives. What you will do: Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience. Develop and automate change control processes to enable smooth, compliant system updates that align with business goals. Build and execute test scenarios that support high-quality, compliant development through all project phases. Lead access management automation efforts to ensure efficient, secure provisioning that supports operational needs. Drive change management initiatives that promote streamlined workflows and alignment with broader business objectives. Collaborate with teams to align development processes with compliance requirements, ensuring seamless integration across systems. Assess and refine automated workflows for consistency in security, compliance, and performance standards. Evaluate the impact of essential changes on system performance, making recommendations to enhance alignment across teams. Coordinate with stakeholders to identify development improvements that drive business objectives and compliance needs. Contribute to end-to-end process alignment, ensuring that automation and QA measures support overall system integrity. Support project teams in implementing effective, scalable automation that reinforces system compliance and efficiency. Perform additional duties as assigned. What you will need: Ability to read, write, speak and understand English. Bachelors degree in engineering, development, computer science, or related fields. 5 years of experience driving quality assurance efforts within a dynamic agile setting. Expertise in crafting and executing various test scenarios, including functional, integration, end-to-end, regression, and acceptance tests, along with an understanding of compliance regulations and usability best practices. Excellent teamwork capabilities as an integral part of development teams, collaborating with product managers, engineers, and other business stakeholders to facilitate software testing and releases through agile processes. Proven ability to embed quality practices across all stages of the delivery lifecycle. Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, and Webdriver.io. Proficient in constructing advanced SQL queries for data retrieval from databases and log files. Successful history of balancing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced work environment. Outstanding written and oral communication skills, coupled with meticulous attention to detail, exceptional organization, and strong problem-solving and time management skills. Basic knowledge of programming languages, APIs, and SQL.
