- Compliance with Indian labour laws, statutory regulations, PF, ESIC, Gratuity.
- Maintain statutory registers and ensuring full adherence to legal requirements.- Handle employee grievances, resolve conflicts, and manage labor dispute resolution

Required Candidate profile

- Coordinate with goverment labour authorities.- Monitor contractor workforce compliance & conduct site audits - Assist Hr & management on labour policy formulation,discipline & workplace standards
