Compliance Manager
Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager with 5-8 years of experience in the Operations department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring our company adheres to legal standards and regulations, as well as implementing policies and procedures to mitigate risk.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
Monitor and enforce compliance with regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular audits to identify potential compliance issues.
Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance matters.
Collaborate with internal teams to address compliance concerns.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business, Law, or related field.
5-8 years of experience in a compliance role within the Operations department.
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
