Position Overview: The C&L Team Manager will oversee the Compliance & Licensing (C&L) team at Global Nurse Force , ensuring efficient candidate processing, adherence to regulatory requirements, and seamless operations. This role requires a hands-on learning approach to master all aspects of compliance, licensing, reporting, and team management. The manager will play a pivotal role in optimizing processes, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining high standards of candidate engagement. Key Responsibilities: Learning & Process Mastery: Master compliance, licensing, and reporting for the USA , UK , Ireland , and other countries as required. Gain in-depth knowledge of documentation processes, regulatory guidelines, and CRM systems. Team Leadership & Oversight: Supervise, train, and guide the C&L team to ensure efficiency and accuracy in daily operations. Implement structured workflows to enhance processing times and minimize delays. Act as the escalation point for compliance-related concerns, proactively resolving issues. Compliance & Licensing Management: Ensure all candidates meet licensing, visa, and healthcare regulatory requirements before deployment. Manage document verification, approvals, and submission processes. Maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies and agents to stay updated on policy changes. CRM & Data Management: Oversee accurate data entry and tracking of candidate progress via CRM systems. Maintain real-time dashboards for improved pipeline visibility and reporting. Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with recruitment, deployment, and international teams to ensure seamless candidate processing. Generate and analyze reports to provide insights into candidate progress and team performance. Required Experience & Skills: Minimum 5 years of experience in international healthcare recruitment . Strong expertise in compliance , licensing , and CRM systems . Proven ability to lead teams, improve workflows, and resolve process bottlenecks. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to adapt quickly, take ownership, and implement improvements effectively.
