Job Description

Understanding the Bill of Materials. oChecking the availability of material declaration in MaCS, Supplier website. oValidating the compliance documents from suppliers oUpload of material declaration in database oCreation and validation of IMDS oCreation of CDX request oUpdating the taken over details into the specified tracker provided (Daily / Weekly / Monthly) oSetup Calls / meetings with Suppliers and internal stake holders on Daily / Weekly / Monthly basis for taking it to closure oIn case of clarification closure providing the details to processing team for next steps oFollowing the process defined and fine tuning the process as per the changes advised oSupplier declaration follow-up and closures by conducting regular meetings via (Teams) oUpdating the internal trackers as advised oPreparing supplier quality report on daily/weekly/monthly basis as required
