Key Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: 1.Vendor Compliance & Onboarding: Ensure Securimate compliance for all new vendors. Coordinate with market teams to gather necessary inputs for vendor master setup in the ERP system. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline vendor onboarding processes and maintain accurate vendor records. 2. Audit Support & Compliance: Work with finance teams across markets to compile and prepare data for Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, and Tax Audit, ensuring alignment with local compliance requirements. Provide necessary financial reports and documentation to support audit processes. Assist in resolving discrepancies related to audit findings and compliance issues. 3. SOX Compliance: Ensure Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance across multiple markets by maintaining proper internal controls and financial reporting accuracy. Work closely with internal teams to identify and mitigate risks in financial processes. Support periodic SOX testing and remediation activities. Minimum Requirements: Education: Bachelors degree + CA Inter Qualified in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Experience: 2-5 years of experience in finance, compliance, audit and vendor management. Technical Skills: Experience with ERP systems (J D Edward, SAP, Oracle, etc.) for vendor management. Understanding of audit processes and compliance requirements in international markets. Knowledge of SOX regulations and internal control frameworks. Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools. Soft Skills: Strong coordination and communication skills for working with global teams. High attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environments. Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
