Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Competent Mine Planners, located in Sukinda. The role involves developing and optimizing mine plans, designing and scheduling mine operations, conducting scoping and feasibility studies, and ensuring compliance with legal and safety standards. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with geological and engineering teams, analyzing data, and providing insights to enhance operational efficiency and project value.

Qualifications

  • Skills in mine planning, mine design, and scheduling
  • Proficiency in conducting scoping and feasibility studies
  • Knowledge of mineral resource management and optimization
  • Understanding of legal compliance and safety standards
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Experience with geological services and applications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related field
  • Experience in both underground and surface mining operations is a plus
  • Preference will be given to candidates who have demonstrated outstanding performances in previous 2-3 yrs
