Key Responsibilities:

Role Focus:

As a Compensation Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the Reward function through robust data analysis, reporting, and insights. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, experience in financial services, and familiarity with HR systems such as Workday. You will contribute to compensation reviews, benchmarking, and the development of dashboards and tools that inform strategic decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze employee compensation data to identify trends, anomalies, and insights
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior stakeholders
  • Support the annual compensation review cycle, including data validation, modelling, and reporting
  • Assist in job evaluations and market benchmarking using external survey data

Power BI & Data Visualization

  • Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards in Power BI to support Reward and HR teams
  • Automate reporting processes and improve data accessibility for stakeholders
  • Translate complex data sets into clear, actionable insights

Workday & Systems Support

  • Extract and manipulate data from Workday to support compensation processes
  • Collaborate with HRIS and Workday teams to improve data accuracy and reporting capabilities
  • Support configuration and testing of compensation-related modules in Workday
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal controls and external audit standards
  • Create and maintain processes in process management tool, Nintex
  • Support compensation governance and documentation for regulated roles
  • Respond to ad hoc data requests and provide analytical support for strategic projects
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data with discretion

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Compensation, Reward, or HR Analytics within financial services
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI, Excel (pivot tables, formulas), and data visualisation tools
  • Experience working with Workday, especially in reporting and compensation modules
  • Solid understanding of compensation principles and benchmarking methodologies
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present data to non-technical audiences
