Associate Rewards Analyst - ContractualSupports the design, implementation, and administration of global compensation programs, including but not limited to base pay administration, long and short term incentive plans, sales incentive plans, job structure framework, salary ranges, compensation benchmarking and analysis relating to pay equity. This role involves analyzing market data, evaluating job roles, and ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness. The analyst will also support annual compensation cycles, incentive programs, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Job Responsibilities And Accountabilities
- Provides support for the assessment, design, implementation as well as administration of compensation and rewards programs and policies globally.
- Conduct job evaluations and market pricing using salary surveys and benchmarking tools.
- Support the annual compensation review process, including merit increases, bonus planning, and equity awards.
- Support in the design of enterprise level plans and programs, working closely within the Reward COE in providing analysis support.
- Gathers data and supports survey submission for participation in various external salary compensation surveys.
- Analyse market data applying range development methodology where we have fresh data and propose ranges or set of ranges.
- Understands the patterns and market trends of compensation and benefit philosophies of competitors.
- Designs and maintains compensation dashboards; supports pay data and position analysis and program effectiveness reviews.
- Supports in preparation of the template for modeling the bonus funding numbers to be used by the business as basis for the overall company rewards funding.
- Supports in the creation of scenarios for carrying out testing/validations for existing and new functionalities for the workforce compensation and any other Reward technology tools.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations (e.g., FLSA, pay transparency).
- Analyze compensation data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Partners on Global Reward projects as assigned
