  • HR Initiatives & PMS

    PMS (Performance Management System) initiatives

    to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Grievance Resolution

    : Take ownership of

    resolving employee grievances

    promptly and effectively, ensuring a fair and supportive workplace.
  • HR Team Support

    :

    Support the HR team in various operational and strategic assignments

    , contributing to the overall effective functioning of the department.
  • Business Alignment

    : Demonstrate a

    good understanding of Human Resource fundamentals and their application

    , coupled with the

    ability to understand business nuances and operate proactively

    to align HR efforts with business goals.
  • Standards & Compliance

    Maintain the standards and adhere to the guidelines

    set by the HR team and the company, ensuring compliance and best practices.
