Role & responsibilities Job Description 1: Compensation & Benefits Specialist Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits Specialist to design, implement, and manage competitive compensation structures and benefits programs. The role involves conducting market analysis, ensuring pay equity, and aligning total rewards with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Compensation Strategy & Market Analysis Design and execute salary structures based on market trends and internal equity. Conduct job evaluations and benchmarking studies to ensure competitive pay positioning. Manage merit increase and incentive programs in alignment with business strategy. Benefits Administration & Optimization Evaluate and enhance employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and wellness initiatives. Partner with vendors to ensure cost-effective benefits solutions and employee satisfaction. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies. HR Analytics & Reporting Analyze compensation trends and provide insights for leadership decision-making. Develop dashboards and reports on salary competitiveness, pay equity, and workforce costs. Stakeholder Collaboration & Advisory Partner with regional HR team and leadership to develop pay-for-performance strategies. Provide guidance on promotions, retention strategies, and total rewards communications. Qualifications: Experience: 712 years in compensation, benefits, or total rewards roles. Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related field. Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred. Skills: Strong analytical and data interpretation skills. Expertise in market pricing tools (Mercer, Radford, or similar). Proficiency in HRIS systems and advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.). Preferred candidate profile Perks and benefits
