Company Secretary

As a Qualified Company Secretary (Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India - ICSI), your role will involve ensuring company secretarial, legal, and regulatory compliance within the finance/NBFC/banking/large corporate environment. You should have a minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in this field, demonstrating a strong understanding of corporate governance, corporate law, financial services regulation, and secretarial standards. Your responsibilities will include legal drafting, contract review, and negotiation, requiring a high level of analytical ability. Your stakeholder management skills will be crucial, as you will be interacting with board-level members, senior management, regulators, and external advisors. Your integrity, proactive mindset, and ability to thrive in a dynamic and regulated environment will be key to your success in this role. Familiarity with KYC/AML, corporate-compliance frameworks, and risk & internal control processes will be beneficial. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effectively carrying out your duties. Proficiency in MS Office and secretarial/compliance systems will also be expected. The job is full-time, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance and legal & regulatory affairs. A Company Secretary license is preferred for this position.
