Company Secretary (CS) Internship in Gurgaon

Job Profile

• Corporate Governance & Compliance
• Assist in ensuring compliance with Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable laws.
• Help prepare, file, and maintain statutory registers, forms, and returns (e.g., MGT-7, AOC-4).
• Support in conducting Board Meetings, General Meetings (GMs), and drafting resolutions, agendas, and minutes.
• Legal and Regulatory Filings
• Assist in drafting and filing legal documents such as MOA, AOA, and agreements.
• Work on compliance audits and verify reports for ROC filings.
• Documentation and Record-Keeping
• Maintain and update statutory registers (e.g., Register of Members, Directors, etc.).
• Draft and review compliance checklists and other internal governance documentation.
• Legal Research
• Conduct research on corporate laws, amendments, and case laws relevant to the organization.
• Provide updates on changes in legal and regulatory frameworks.
• Training & Reporting
• Participate in internal training programs to improve technical skills.
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports summarizing tasks completed.
• Advisory Role (Under Supervision)
• Provide inputs on corporate governance best practices under the guidance of the mentor.
• Help identify potential risks and suggest remedial actions.
