Job Description

We’re Hiring! Join Our Corporate Governance & Compliance Team. Are you passionate about corporate law, governance, and compliance? Here’s your chance to be part of a dynamic and growth-oriented organization!

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Corporate Governance & Compliance – Assist in ensuring compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, and other applicable laws, prepare and file statutory forms, and support Board & AGM meetings.
Legal & Regulatory Filings – Draft and file legal documents like MOA, AOA, and agreements, and support ROC filings and compliance audits.
Documentation & Record-Keeping – Maintain statutory registers, compliance checklists, and internal governance documentation.
Legal Research – Stay updated on amendments, case laws, and changing corporate regulations.
Training & Reporting – Participate in learning sessions and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
Advisory Role (Under Supervision) – Contribute to governance best practices and assist in risk identification.
