Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Community Partnerships & MOU Signings Identify and approach residential societies, welfare associations (RWAs), corporates, schools, NGOs, clubs, and community organizations
Present Ankura Hospitals healthcare offerings and negotiate terms for partnership MOUs
Facilitate signing of MOUs providing exclusive discounts or benefits for members of each community
Maintain a database of signed communities and ensure timely renewals and follow-ups
Event & Activity Coordination Plan and execute community health camps, wellness check-ups, health talks, awareness workshops, and screening drives
Coordinate with hospital Departments and doctors for event participation
Manage logistics, permissions, and promotional materials for on-ground activities
Track and report activity outcomes (attendance, leads generated, brand engagement)
Neighborhood Card Distribution Distribute Ankura Neighborhood Health Cards offering special discounts to members and their families
Ensure database collection and proper tracking of issued cards
Promote usage of the cards through follow-up and relationship management
Reporting & Coordination Submit daily/weekly reports on outreach activities, partnerships, leads, and events
Work closely with the marketing and hospital operations teams for smooth coordination
Achieve monthly targets for new community tie-ups, health camps conducted, and card distributions

Qualification
Graduate in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
